Which one first
If you already know how the land will be cleared, start with the cost estimator. If you are deciding between mulching the brush where it stands and pulling stumps for a building pad, or the land is mostly mesquite, take the assessment first, because the method changes the price more than the acreage does.
Neither tool replaces a walk of the property. They are built on public rules and typical ranges, and the ground, the access and the trees that stay are only known on site. The land clearing guides explain each step in more depth.
